Waste grapples GRP are very sturdy and reliable. The powerful cylinder puts in motion two jaws made with long metal ribs of high tensile steel, which interlock during the closing phase. This feature makes them particularly suitable for handling long items and large quantities of waste materials in bulk, like green waste and tree branches. The GRPs are suitable for rigid mounting on excavators. They are the perfect tool for machines equipped with Tiltrotator.

Construction and testing are carried out by highly qualified and experienced personnel. The design of the equipment is always "user friendly", to grant simple access during maintenance. All wear parts are easy to reach and quickly replaceable.
Different rotator options
The attachments for crane and excavator can be equipped with a rotation device, either mechanical (free, 250° rotation) or hydraulic (hydraulic motor with continuous rotation). Depending on the type of equipment, the rotator may be incorporated in the main frame of the equipment or mounted on the top of it. Idrobenne offers a wide range of high quality hydraulic rotators.
High quality components.
All products are built using high-tensile Swedish steel for the structural parts and use wear plates (Hardox) for parts in contact with the handled materials, such as the blades of the buckets, the tines and the tips. The large diameter pins are made of special steel, hardened under heat treatment. The bushes are provided of an internal spiral for the distribution of grease. The entire production cycle is certified according to ISO 9001 standards.
Rigid mounting for greater precision.
The GRP multi-purpose grapples can be mounted either with a universal joint or rigidly. In the first case, they can equip truck cranes and material handlers. The very sturdy structure of this equipment also allows the rigid mounting. Idrobenne can provide the most suitable hydraulic rotators. If the excavator is equipped with a Tiltrotator, the GRP grappes can be supplied with a custom-made adapter. In this configuration, the grapple works as an extension of the excavator's arm and it guarantees a great accuracy in the movements.
