The high closing force and the very precise movements make these tools suitable for small demolitions and for sorting waste.
Demolition: arms with metal ribs.
Sorting: perforated arms.
Universal: closed arms with sawtooth profile and teeth.
Precision handling
Sorting and demolition grapples are very robust gripping devices with two synchronized arms made of metal ribs which touch each other at the end of the closing phase, so to allow a firm and precise gripping on materials. These hydraulic tools are intended for small demolitions and for the sorting of the resulting wreckage. DG are offered in eight models that can be mounted on machines from a minimum of 2.5 ton weight to a maximum of 27 tons.
The "Universal" version.
Sorting grapples can be supplied in the universal version, which has closed arms with saw tooth profile and demountable teeth. Esco-like teeth give even greater precision of movement, while the closed bottom allows the collection of earth and sand. The saw tooth profile of arms improves the grip when handling boulders. This version is in fact very common in mountainous areas and it is perfect for environmental architecture, for the construction of terraces and for building stone walls.
Simple, strong and reliable design.
The structure of DG and SG grapples is designed to offer maximum reliability, being built with a concept that combines structural rigidity with the minimum weight. The design is simple and essential: a constructive criterion which facilitates routine maintenance and lifespan of the equipment. Bigger models DG200 and DG250 crushers are built with the so-called QUADRA-BOX system, which consists of a reinforced, very rigid frame, with oversized bearings in the joints of the arms.
Rigid mounting for greater precision
Unlike other hydraulic grapples, which are suspended via an universal joint, sorting and demolition grapples are connected to the excavator arm by a fixed bracket. The rigid connection makes possible very fast and precise movements. The grapple operates like an extension of the excavator arm and allows great accuracy in sorting operations.
Experience in construction and reliability.
More than thirty years experience in the industry, the most modern technical design programs and a careful assembly make Idrobenne’s hydraulic equipment a reliable and safe product. Construction and testing are carried out by highly qualified and experienced personnel. The design of the equipment is always "user friendly", to grant simple access during maintenance. All wear parts are easy to reach and quickly replaceable.
High quality components.
All products are built using high-tensile Swedish steel for the structural parts and use wear plates (Hardox) for parts in contact with the handled materials, such as the blades of the buckets, the tines and the tips. The large diameter pins are made of special steel, hardened under heat treatment. The bushes are provided of an internal spiral for the distribution of grease. The entire production cycle is certified according to ISO 9001 standards.
