Wallboard fork to pick up and safely handle drywall panels.
A "must" for the wallboard handlers.
The wallboard fork is the one and only tool for handling drywall panels with hydraulic cranes. Through its reliable mechanism, this attachment can pick up the wallboards from a truck, smoothly put them on one side to allow operators to safely unload them into under construction buildings.
U.S.A. standard accomplished.
TPW 2000 wallboard forks are specifically designed to accomplish the targets of the U.S. drywall market professional operators, as they are the result of years of severe testing.
Durability.
Every fork comes with three Nylon® pads with improved thickness (75% more than the market standard), in order to grant longer durability and lower maintenance.
Construction materials
Forks are made in hardened boron steel, modelled on the hardest working conditions (top-rate lifting capacity even at lowest temperatures). Each one of those is provided with precise, robust and easy-to-use fork locks. Reinforced main frame, realised with steel tubes, grants maximum strength and low overall weight.
Experience in construction and reliability.
More than thirty years experience in the industry, the most modern technical design programs and a careful assembly make Idrobenne’s hydraulic equipment a reliable and safe product. Construction and testing are carried out by highly qualified and experienced personnel. The design of the equipment is always "user friendly", to grant simple access during maintenance. All wear parts are easy to reach and quickly replaceable.
Custom links.
Wallboard forks, orange peel grapples, clamshell buckets, log grapples and similar attachments must be mounted on operating machines through a cardan link. This part allows free swinging in the four horizontal directions (so-called pendulum mounting). Idrobenne can manufacture and supply custom-made links for any operating machine such as truck cranes, excavators, material handlers and earth moving equipment.
